WPT assists veterans to utilize the valuable skills they attained in their military role to the workforce or partner with them to gain new skills through OTJ training. WPT provides continued education through the partnerships with the technology programs established by WPT at OCTCS.
This program assists WPT in reaching the veteran population with employment, continuing education, and OJT opportunities. Veterans make up 10% of our current workforce. As WPT expands its business it is our mission to double the number of veterans on our team. WPT cultivates partnerships and develops resources with veteran outreach organizations in our community resulting in a coalition of critical resources and tools for veterans in or returning to the workplace.
